Det nordiske hovedkontor er placeret i Lyngby, der ligger nord for København. Derudover har Bayer Norden kontorer i Stockholm, Gøteborg og Staffanstorp (Malmø) i Sverige og Skøyen (Oslo) i Norge. I Baltikum har Bayer Norden kontor i Vilnius i Litauen med filialer i Riga og Tallinn i henholdsvis Letland og Estland.

Bayer MaterialScience datterselskabet BaySystems Northern Europe har produktionsanlæg i Randers i Danmark, der administreres fra hovedkonteret i Otterup i nærheden af Odense, Danmark, som også råder over moderne udviklings- og testlaboratorier. Et filialkontor er endvidere placeret i Turku, Finland.
